Donna Morgan owns and operates iTrip Chattanooga-Northwest Georgia in partnership with Stephanie Smith who oversees market development. After successful careers in the financial services industry, they have taken their years of experience in operations, financial management and exceptional customer service to encourage tourism and elevate guest experiences in Chattanooga and neighboring communities.
Donna is from Chattanooga, where she and her husband, Toby, raised their family. After a successful career in the financial sector, reaching the level of Sr. Vice President, she took the full plunge into short-term vacation rentals with iTrip. She began home renovations in 2015, restoring several homes that have been five-star rated short-term vacation homes. Donna is now able to combine her management and operational skills with her passion for serving people.
Stephanie was born and raised in the area as well, living in Chattanooga, Ooltewah and Cleveland most of her life. With a 25-year background in financial services, Stephanie’s focus on market development, strategic partnerships, implementation and revenue management drives her energy for engaging in growing markets. Implementing iTrip’s technology and partnering with Donna to bring exceptional service to the Chattanooga market was a natural fit.
Having worked together since 2005, Donna and Stephanie decided to venture into business together as they saw the opportunity to use their skills in a way that would positively impact their communities. With iTrip, they can capitalize on their business strengths, service-oriented leadership, and values to provide personalized service and build local relationships as expert short-term rental managers in Chattanooga and the 12 surrounding counties.
