Donna Morgan owns and operates iTrip Vacations Chattanooga in partnership with Stephanie Smith who oversees market development. After successful careers in the financial services industry, they have taken their years of experience in operations, financial management and exceptional customer service to encourage tourism and elevate guest experiences in Chattanooga and neighboring communities.

Donna is from Chattanooga, where she and her husband, Toby, raised their family. After a successful career in the financial sector, reaching the level of Sr. Vice President, she took the full plunge into short-term vacation rentals with iTrip Vacations. She began home renovations in 2015, restoring several homes that have been five-star rated short-term vacation homes. Donna is now able to combine her management and operational skills with her passion for serving people.

The big thing for us was no restrictions on being able to schedule staying in our house anytime or for how long. We decided it would be much less of a headache to let iTrip handle the rentals for us.
